Payment/Cancellation Policy

• 50% deposit required on confirmation of booking with balance payable on departure.
• Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 5% of the accommodation total in administration fees to cover banking and handling charges.
• Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the accommodation total.
• Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the accommodation total.
• Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the accommodation total.
• Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the accommodation total.
• In the event of premature departure or no show we may charge the value for the full original booking.
